Bill has become a trusted advisor through his ability to listen, his engaging personality and his sense of humor.  He approaches the market from an analytical perspective in an effort to help his clients make the best possible real estate decisions.  Armed with both a BBA in Finance (with Honors) and an MBA from the University of Texas, Bill has negotiated hundreds of millions of dollars of transactions during 18 years as an executive in the banking and airline industries.  In addition, Bill has built or remodeled homes in some of Houston’s finest neighborhoods, including Southampton Place, Avalon Place and Afton Oaks.  His professional diversity provides his clients with a broader based knowledge of the overall real estate market.

Bill’s real estate expertise is focused mainly on Houston’s inner-loop communities, such as Boulevard Oaks, Southgate, Southampton, Avalon Place, Upper Kirby, River Oaks and West Lane Place.  In addition, he is an expert in Houston's burgeoning highrise community as the sole Houston agent for Highrises.com.  His love of design and architecture, and knowledge of Houston neighborhoods has helped him create a strong presence in the local real estate market.  Passionately committed to strive for excellence in everything he does, Bill makes sure that every real estate experience his clients have is a positive one.

When not “beating the streets” selling real estate, Bill can often be found on the golf course or running the trail at Rice University with his dog, Radner.
