Charlie ranked in the top 15 out of 120 agents in 2006 & 2007 & 2008 and ranked in the Top 10 in 2009 earning him the prestigious “Top Producer” standing. In 2008 & 2009 Charlie was named ‘Realtor of the Week” by the Houston Chronicle.

Having spent 14 years buying, remodeling and selling homes in the Houston area, he offers insightful knowledge based on first hand experience. He has a keen eye for detail which is a useful tool in assisting sellers in preparation for the critical ‘first impression’ when their home hits the market.  With Charlie’s skill and empathy, buyers can feel confident in their representation during the often arduous process of buying a home.  Charlie has an ability to keep all parties calm during the negotiation process.

A third generation Houstonian, Charlie grew up in the home that his grandfather built in River Oaks.  Aside from his passion for real estate his love of Houston, Charlie enjoys golf and attending any college sporting event. Charlie and his wife Susan have 21 year old Scarlet at the University of Texas at Austin, 5 year old Andrew, 2 year old Ruby and their newest addition Nola.
