FAQ:

1.        Will you know all of my financial information? Net worth, debts, income, assets? 


Answer:  No, the lenders do not disclose this information unless given permission to do so by you.  In some rare cases it may become necessary but most often the lender and I will discuss the file and discuss where things are and what conditions may need to be met so that all parties are on the same page and able to reach the common goal, closing. 

2.       I will not be using a lender to purchase a home.  What is required?

Answer:  It is typical in our market to provide what is called proof of funds to the seller (if requested).  This can be in the form of a bank letter, account statements, financial statements or otherwise.
