Courtney Bullard, a native Houstonian, offers invaluable knowledge of the city's many and diverse neighborhoods. Her passion is real estate and she tirelessly devotes seven days a week to her profession. Courtney's objective is to make her clients' buying and selling process a worry-free experience. Growing up in Houston, Courtney attended St. Luke's Methodist Day School, River Oaks Baptist Church School, Lanier Middle School and Lamar High School. She graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson, with a BA in Spanish Literature and a Minor in Sociology. While attending U of A, she was an active member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and also furthered her studies abroad while living in Guadalajara, Mexico. Courtney interned with Grubb & Ellis Commercial in college but knew her true calling was working in the residential market.
Courtney volunteers at MD Anderson Cancer Center in the ICU, where she serves as a Critical Care Aide. She also devotes time to various animal rescue groups throughout the city. She feels giving back to her community is one of the most important gifts she can give. In her spare time, Courtney enjoys traveling, attending various sporting events and spending time at her beachouse in Galveston with family, friends and her two miniature dachshunds, Elway and Luke.
