A second-generation Houstonian, Heidi Hite has a wide-ranging familiarity with the city, especially the areas of Tanglewood (where she lives), River Oaks and Memorial. She uses her extensive knowledge of the Internet and computer skills to benefit her clients in buying and selling homes—for example, by marketing homes on blogs and introducing clients to helpful apps.

In addition, Heidi has a talent for photography, which she developed during the four years she worked in acting and production. She also worked for three years for a sports-and-entertainment marketing firm—an experience that sharpened her sales and marketing skills, taught her the value of coming up with creative solutions and enhanced her client-relations skills. “I try to make everything I do for my clients an enjoyable experience,” says Heidi. She adds, “If there is a solution to a problem, I will find it.”

A graduate of Regis University, where she studied business, Heidi is active in the local community, and has been since she attended high school at St. Agnes, where she and her classmates were required to complete 100 community-service hours a year. “I thoroughly enjoyed volunteering and believe it’s important to always give back to my community,” says Heidi, who currently volunteers at St. Francis Cabrini Church and is in the process of starting a woman’s charity golf league.

In her spare time, Heidi enjoys golfing, sailing, horseback riding, playing tennis, snowboarding and wakeboarding. She is talented in Tae Kwon Doe, having earned her black belt and won nationals and a third place in the Junior Olympics. She also enjoys spending time with friends and family. “I have four brothers and sisters, parents, aunts, uncles, cousins and a grandmother who live in Houston,” she says.
