Jane Brennan-Martin was already a marketing success when she found her niche in residential real estate. Jane worked for more than fifteen (15) years in advertising, public relations and event planning, notably with real estate ventures for legendary developer George Mitchell. As a real estate professional, her proven record of hard work, integrity, knowledge and persistence, coupled with her recognized achievements as a top real estate producer, make her the perfect pairing with John Daugherty, Realtors.
Representing both buyers and sellers, Jane’s sales range from $200,000 homes to multi-million dollar estates. She specializes primarily in Houston’s finest neighborhoods including River Oaks, Tanglewood, West University, Museum District, Bellaire and the Memorial area.
Jane understands that real estate is fast–paced and she is available for her clients seven days a week. She is hand-on, detail oriented and personally involved with all aspects of a client’s transaction. When representing a seller, Jane provides meaningful feedback from showing agents and potential buyers. For her buyers, she receives daily computer automated updates of new listings and price reductions in Houston’s premier neighborhoods.
A native Texan, Jane has lived in Houston for more than thirty-five (35) years. She has resided in West University, Southampton, Tanglewood and Bunker Hill Village. Jane currently resides in the Memorial area. When not working, Jane enjoys time with her two (2) daughters, family and friends.
