Having lived in Houston since the early ‘70’s, Lillie Shannon has witnessed many trends in the area’s real estate market, which helps her to better understand the challenges that her clients face. 

Specializing in resale and new construction in Houston’s finer neighborhoods, Lillie’s understanding of new construction from the sale of the lot to the marketing of completed new construction homes has benefited many of the most successful Builders in the Tanglewood, Galleria, West University and inside the loop areas. Prior to entering the real estate industry in 1986, she worked for ten years in the investment and oil industries. She holds a B.S. degree in business education. She is self-motivated, very responsible and thorough in her follow-up. With her ability to empathize with clients about their individual situations, Lillie can provide them with the information they need to make very important and personal real estate decisions. 

Lillie is active in several community organizations such as Ronald McDonald and Museum of Fine Arts.  Her hobbies include photography and a regular fitness schedule at The Houstonian.
