 Margo Cunningham grew up in NYC in the '70's and worked in Manhattan in the ‘80's and '90's. These were exciting times. Although she studied pre-law at the State University of New York and received a Masters in Counseling in Boston (by age 21), she began working on Madison Avenue - in radio and television production, travelling extensively between NY and LA, and throughout Europe. Not unexciting. During this time, she married Patrick Cunningham, who was then the Vice Chairman, Chief Creative Officer of a large Mad Ave ad agency.  Three sons later, they began buying condos and houses, gutting them, tearing down walls, redesigning them, renovating them and decorating them. Very challenging, but quite rewarding.

Then, she found her passion. She became a Realtor and began to mesh houses with people and people with houses. Condos in Manhattan, beach houses in the Hamptons. And there were great connections, and new friendships, and referrals, and...The Cunninghams moved to Houston, TX with two weeks notice in 1999. New insight into the world of relocation.  The changes that were occurring in Margo's life and in the lives of Pat and the boys were challenging, exciting and invigorating. 

After a few years of settling in, and developing new friends, she became a licensed realtor in the state of Texas. Thanks to her great friends and their referrals, she once again became a Top Producer.

As a sales associate with the John Daugherty team, Margo is so excited to be part of a great company of true professionals.
