Melisa Billingsley Herring , a long time Houstonian,  received her Texas Real Estate License in 2003.    Her love and involvement with real estate started much earlier  by learning  and  participating in the market with her mother who had a brokers license.    Melisa soon  knew she was hooked and one day would hold her own license.Melisa received her BBA degree in marketing  and has been in sales ever since.   She has received  numerous awards and accolades throughout her career and attributes her success to one thing – client service.  Melisa knows that her success depends on her client’s happiness and she is able to keep that as her focus.  Whether buying or selling, she educates and communicates  about the real estate market to keep her clients well informed.  Melisa is a good listener, personable and very loyal to her clients, friends, and family
