The Tersignes do just about everything together, from antiquing to remodeling & building homes to decorating. But what the couple does best is sell homes and make their clients satisfied homeowners. Their love for the aesthetic spills over into their work, where they help families every day find their dream homes. Talk about going the extra mile. Sonia and Michael Tersigne once traveled 160 extra miles, cutting an Austin trip short while visiting their son in college at University of Texas and driving back to Houston to show a home. But driving across Texas on a moment's notice, or showing homes in the pouring rain, aren't acts that the Tersignes consider so unusual. "Buying a home is very personal decision."

Inner Loop residents, the couple use their personal knowledge of the city and of home buying to help their clients. Sonia, a fifth generation Texan who grew up in Venezuela, is fluent in Spanish which puts her international clients at ease. Although she was raised in Venezuela, Sonia has lived in Houston since 1979. Mike has also been in Houston since 1979. Mike is a fifth generation Ohioan. He considers Texas his "home".
Michael has served as a docent for the Rice Design Alliance and both have served as docents for the Galveston Historical Foundation Homes Tour . He is a board member of Knights of Momus, Galveston, the oldest Mardi Gras Krewe. The husband-and-wife team enjoys architecture, antique shopping and remodeling and decorating homes. Their ability to understand their customers' needs and their emotional identification with homebuyers doesn't go unnoticed. They have been recognized as Top Producers since 1998.
The Tersignes take a genuine interest in their customers. One of their clients wrote, "Sonia and Michael were the greatest. They took time to show us so many houses and never seemed to mind. This was a long process on our behalf and I think most agents would have thrown in the towel if they had to work with us." Their relationships with clients don't end when a sale closes. Both Sonia and Michael will consult with past clients on renovations and follow up to ensure families are happy in their new homes.
