Director of Global Relocation Services

Michelle Sandlin provides the strategic leadership and direction for our Global Relocation Services Division.   With over 11 years of corporate relocation experience, Michelle's career has been highlighted by her ability to successfully combine her extensive knowledge of real estate, relocation, marketing, business development, technology, and social media.  She is committed to providing the highest level of service delivery to our clients, which include many international corporations and third party relocation management companies.  Michelle also manages our Broker-to-Broker referrals through our membership in Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, Luxury Portfolio, LuxuryRealEstate.com and Mayfair International Realty.

The success of our Global Relocation Services Division can largely be attributed to Michelle's commitment to industry-established best practices, and in having the best trained relocation agents on her team.  Michelle is accredited with developing and implementing our comprehensive Relocation Training & Certification Program.

Michelle is very well-respected within the relocation industry, and is often invited to speak at relocation conferences and events. She holds her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) designation, which formally recognizes those individuals who have mastered extensive knowledge on the principles and practices of relocation.  A major purpose of this program is the achievement of a common, universal understanding of the entire employee relocation field and recognition of those professionals who demonstrate mastery. She has also earned her GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) designation, which signifies that she is specialized in the field of global workforce mobility and is committed to ongoing education to grow her expertise.

Armed with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Journalism from the University of Houston, Michelle is also an accomplished writer.  This is evidenced in her Houston Relocation Blog (www.HoustonRelocationBlog.com), and in the articles she writes for MOBILITY magazine (the monthly publication of Worldwide ERC), where she serves on its Editorial Advisory Committee.
