Vice President of Operations

As the Vice President of Operations for John Daugherty, Realtors, Monica Duff is dedicated to best-practices for the organization and for the industry.  You can even say she’s come back home where it all began, having been a sales associate for JDR from 2001-2004 before relocating to the Pacific North-West with her family.  The daughter of a local real estate broker and business owner, Monica literally grew up in the business.  Though initially choosing a different professional path of restaurant operations in Washington, D.C. and Seattle during the 1990’s, she knew that her heart remained in Houston and in real estate, and she returned to Texas.  The skills that she learned in operations and her BBA in accounting, along with her real estate experience, is what she brings to John Daugherty, Realtors to keep the company running smoothly.  While in the Pacific North-West, Monica worked with the talented International marketing and web group LuxuryRealEstate.com and The Board of Regents.  These relationships help her in her day-to-day responsibilities as a support, a resource, and a leader with John Daugherty, Realtors.
