Broker Associate

Nancy Lotze has been a licensed Realtor® since 1982, and a sales associate with John Daugherty, Realtors since 1988 (she is also a licensed broker). She has an associate degree in interior design, a B.A. in arts and has completed work on a masters in Spanish literature at the University of Houston. A former high-school math teacher and college Spanish teacher, Nancy’s experience as a student and as an educator “gave me tools I use constantly in real estate: organization, tenacity and follow-through,” she says.

Familiar with most of Houston, Nancy specializes in the Inside the Loop, Museum and Medical Center areas. She prides herself in always being honest, well prepared and punctual. “I enjoy meeting clients’ needs and finding them properties they can call home, and I don’t stop till the job is well done!” she says. “I’m a planner and an organizer who dots every ‘i’ and crosses every ‘t.’”

Nancy and her husband live as empty nesters in a mid-rise on close-in Memorial Dr. She has four young step-grandchildren, and enjoys decorating, design and exercise.
