Born and raised in Houston, Natassia McMillian has a unique and interesting heritage. She is bilingual in Spanish and English. As one who has been fortunate enough to live in several different countries, as well as in Los Angeles and other large American cities, Natassia has a broad world view and is able to relate to and understand, from firsthand experience, the issues buyers and sellers face when moving from place to place. "I feel my job is not to sell, but to listen to what my clients need and want, and to know the difference," she says.

A Houstonian at heart, Natassia grew up in Braes Heights, and she has a great familiarity with the Inner Loop, and the Medical Center, West University and River Oaks areas. "I have a strong knowledge of the Upper Kirby District restaurants, galleries, shops, lounges and upcoming West Ave shopping center," she says. A graduate of Bellaire High School, Natassia also knows the Tanglewood and Memorial areas well.

Natassia attended Emerson College, where she majored in television-related studies. She worked in TV production and sales before pursuing a career in real estate, and excels at writing, producing and hosting shows-skills that make use of her creative and innovative thinking skills and visual aptitudes. "My ability to organize a television TV production translates to real estate, and I am able to orchestrate each transaction like I was able to delegate TV shows," says Natassia. "I have a great eye for staging, and I also have great eye for helping buyers visualize the potential of the houses they purchase." Her other attributes include level-headedness, conscientiousness, diplomacy, sensitivity, a strong work ethic and excellent negotiating skills. "I work very hard for my clients and think outside the box to market a house," she says.

Natassia's hobbies include traveling, the arts, and meeting and talking to people. In her spare time, she works with TutorVille Texas. "I love education and I love children. I am so happy I can tutor kids and help educate future generations," she says.
