Sales Associate

  An interest in the real estate business was second nature to Susan as the wife of a commercial real estate broker who is a native Houstonian.  His first-hand historical account of the growth of the city westward inspired her to obtain her license in 1995.  Susan joined the John Daugherty family as a sales associate in 1997 with the opening of the West Houston office on Memorial Drive.  A former Top Producer, she accepted the position of Sales Manager in 2003.

Specializing in Relocation, and having worked with families from 25 countries and 16 states, Susan believes her prior career as a teacher prepared her well for communicating her knowledge of real estate effectively, identifying needs and strategizing with her clients to make informed, practical decisions.  John Daugherty, Realtors motto, "the client above all" lines up with her own personal philosophy and commitment to her client's priorities, well-being and educated decision making progress in selling or purchasing a home.
