Travis Nichols, a John Daugherty, Realtors Top 25 Producer 2007, is part of a consistently top-producing real estate team with wife and partner, Julia Nichols. Born and raised in Houston, Travis relocated to California and Colorado for several years (earning a degree in environmental biology from the University of Colorado) before returning to his hometown in 2001. “I have been involved in Houston real estate ever since,” he says.

A graduate of the Graduate Realtor Institute® (GRI) and an Accredited Buyer Representative® (ABR), Travis’s market knowledge extends to many areas of Houston, including Katy, Woodlands, Spring, Cy-Fair, Galleria, River Oaks, Tanglewood, Medical Center, Montrose, Eastwood, Heights, Rice Military, Memorial and Energy Corridor. He specializes in buyer relocation to Houston, residential listing and leasing and the new home, condo and townhome markets. “My diverse market knowledge allows me to help new Houston residents locate the perfect areas in which to live and work,” he says. “I provide clients with necessary information and a range of options, so they can make prompt and accurate decisions.” Travis adds that the achievement he is most proud of is closing every transaction with a satisfied client.

Travis is an avid golfer (5hcp), and enjoys the consistent challenge golf presents regardless of ability level. Other activites on the top of his list are alpine skiing, surfing, hiking, running and “anything outdoors involving adventure and challenge, while being great exercise."
