With a successful business background, Vicki has established a successful career in real estate by applying her extensive knowledge in architectural design and new construction. Vicki prides herself in building life-long relationships, carefully listening to her customer's real estate needs.
Vicki was first introduced to the real estate profession through her husband, an architect and industry home builder, and by helping many of her friends find homes. “Real estate was made for me to do,” she says. “I get a natural high each time that I can bring a buyer and seller together to reach a deal that leaves them both happy.”
Vicki’s philosophy is that the customer is always right and she’s not afraid of criticism that helps put changes into motion. “What sets one Realtor apart from another is how they approach and resolve issues,” she says.
Other major factors that set Vicki apart and make her a natural leader: creative marketing ideas for her clients, her willingness to work hard on their behalf, her availability, and her appreciation of the contributions of her staff. Vicki’s best marketing tool has always been her reputation—and most of her new business comes through the referrals of delighted clients who feel they were fortunate to have done business with her.
"When you truly work hard and efficiently, thing will happen,” she says. “Working hard does not equate to showing up at the office. There must be a plan of action, goals, and follow through.”
When asked what her biggest career achievement to date has been, she responds that she “hasn’t reached it yet.” But, she acknowledges that earning her Broker’s license was a big step.
