Andrew McCain has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for twenty five years. After working in corporate finance for one of Houston's major energy companies in the 1980s, Andrew began his real estate career providing clients his well tuned negotiation and communication skills in their real estate endeavors. A winning approach and taking pride in providing resources, organization and can-do persistence have facilitated his successes and most importantly, his clients real estate successes.

A current Boulevard Oaks resident and former Southampton resident, Andrew specializes in the Southampton and Boulevard Oaks neighborhoods of Houston while also working with buyers and sellers in other Houston inner loop neighborhoods.

A personal note on Andrew: as a fourth generation Texan and a native Houstonian, Andrew truly loves Houston and while real estate is his world and the art of the deal his passion, his relaxation and artistic creativity has been in restoring residential properties back to their once finest.
