On Monday, we launched our Live Chat services, making John Daugherty, Realtors the first real estate company in Houston to offer this service. Our web/IT manager, Darren Moore says “Implementing live chat on our website provides potential home buyers and sellers an alternative way to communicate with us. In today’s fast moving world of technology, the real estate industry has been revolutionized and our multi-generational clients need options to communicate the way they prefer. With 87% of home buyers starting their search on the Internet, live chat was a natural progression for us. Our website is continuously evolving with the goal of making it as easy as possible for customers who are searching for homes and market information.”

Visitors to our web site now how the option to connect instantly with one of our Sales Associates daily from the hours of 8:30 am to 8:30 pm. Although, due to the heightened sense of excitement among our agents, there is a strong likelihood that you will be able to chat with one of our agents even earlier in the morning and much later in the evening.

I have to say, I tried this theory out myself the first night it was launched. I am very proud to say that at 10:03 pm, I was able to opt for live chat, and was instantly connected to our agent, Tania Amin.

Not only is this new feature cool and fun, but it is also a huge benefit to our clients, both those who are local and those who are relocating to Houston. And the fact that we are the first and only Houston real estate company with this capability is sure to drive even more traffic to our already high-traffic web site. This is especially great news for our sellers, as the additional exposure to our listings will further enhance our aggressive marketing strategy.
