This past Friday, I invited the newest member of JDR’s sales management team, Margo Isaacks, to discuss our Residential Sales Contract and issues that she sees with it as the main topic of our monthly Assistants’ Sales Meeting.
After working closely with her on some operational issues, I felt that Margo would have a great manner of presentation and a wealth of knowledge. Boy was I right! She presented very insightful and valuable information, including some items on the contract form itself that are often missed, or misunderstood. It certainly was obvious that Margo knew what she was talking about. Our assistants thought so, too. Plus, she made what can be quite dry information very entertaining to listen to.
Each month, we have an Assistants’ Sales Meeting for our licensed assistant staff and it’s always a challenge for me to create an educational and motivational meeting. These assistants are experienced, knowledgeable and the best in the business at helping their individual agents achieve higher sales volume. And they certainly deserve the best!
