The Houston, inside the loop residential market has seen positive activity between September 1, 2009 and December 15th!  For single family and townhomes, there have been 7 closed sales and 1 pending sales for the following areas:  River Oaks area, Upper Kirby, West Gray and Hyde Park.  These sales were priced between $500,000 and $800,000.
