Experienced relocation professional with active Texas real estate license needed to provide administrative support and assistance to the Director of Global Relocation Services at John Daugherty, Realtors. Must be extremely detail-oriented and well-organized, with the ability to work efficiently and accurately at an accelerated pace. Must be dependable, able to follow direction, prioritize, work independently, multi-task and able to work well with a variety of personalities. Requires excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel and Outlook). ReloSpec experience is a plus.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Coordination, data entry, tracking and follow-up of referrals
Coordination, processing and tracking of referral agreements
Coordination of referral fee disbursements
Utility and vendor coordination for inventory property management
Assisting with e-lead program and web site inquiries
Updating and maintaining several databases
Tracking and recording agent training
Coordination and preparation of relocation packages
Maintaining inventory of marketing materials
Assisting with internal marketing and promotion of programs
Assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department
