Managing broker of The House Store, for 6 years, a Real Estate company specializing in the development of new construction homes and town homes inside the loop, representing Architects such as Arquitectonica, William F. Stern, Ziegler-Cooper and others and many builders such as Neartown, Lovett and Claremont. Kathy has been with John Daugherty, Realtors for 22 years.
She has been the top producing agent for John Daugherty, Realtors since 2000.
Kathy is a specialist in contemporary architecture and has recently represented homes by Allen Bianchi,Scott Ballard and Kurt Aichler.
Kathy has had more homes sold each year from 1990-2007 than any other John Daugherty Associate; sales totaling over 62 million dollars in 2002, 60 million in 2003, 74 million dollars in 2004, 66 million in 2005, 70 million in 2006 and over 72 million in 2007 and was once again the top selling agent in 2008.

Kathy has 3 full time Licensed assistants. She was born in Devizes, Wiltshire, England. She grew up in a farming family where she rose at 5:00 am and worked until dusk, seven days a week. Some things never change. Real Estate commands the same hours and love of the job if you want to be successful. “I have never forgotten my upbringing or the work ethic my parents instilled in me as a child, "I like to be at the office early before everybody else so that i can plan my day and in the evenings, if I am not working at real estate, I am usually in my garden or out walking my dogs with my cell phone in hand in case a client needs me, this is a 24/7/365 day a year job and you have to love it!
