Sales Associate

Lin is a native Houstonian, whose roots go back 6 generations in Chambers County, Texas.  She attended high school in Houston, and went on to graduate Cum Laude from the University of Houston.  While in college, she was active in Chi Omega Fraternity, Phi Kappa Phi Honor Fraternity, Phi Theta Kappa, Who's Who in American Colleges and Universities, and Sweetheart of Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity.

After college, Lin taught school in Houston for 7 years. She later obtained her real estate license and first worked in commercial real estate, but found that she had a special talent for residential real estate, after helping several friends find their dream homes.  Lin's business is referral based, with a long list of satisfied clients and customers.  She is known for her broad knowledge of all aspects of the process, from listing a home, to the appraisal process,working with lenders, and the ability to negotiate and see the sale through closing.  Her ability to work well with people has proven to be invaluable.  Her philosophy centers around the belief that an educated buyer or seller is paramount.  She feels that her job is to educate and go the extra mile.  

Lin has two children, John Neese, a trial lawyer, with the Neese Law Firm, and Leah Neese, a psychotherapist, with Methodist Hospital, and owner of Mt. Belvieu Counseling.

Lin has been with John Daugherty, Realtors for 24 years, and has been in the Top Producer group consistently.
