Norma Peddie, a native Houstonian, has a strongly rooted Texas background—her great-grandfather, Ross Sterling, was one-time governor of Texas and founder of Humble Oil (now Exxon). Before becoming a licensed Realtor® in 2001, she worked in client relations for a top Texas photographer, where she was the liaison for presidents, sports icons, business leaders and movie stars.

A resident of close-in Memorial, Norma is also familiar with the River Oaks/Avalon and Tanglewood areas. She places a high value on communication: “My clients always hear back from me!” she says. “My pet peeve is unreturned phone calls.” Her clients complement her sense of humor, patience, excellent listening skills and keen sense of intuiting their style, taste and needs—sometime even before they realize them. “I am very hands-on and will always go the extra mile,” says Norma.

A sustaining member of the Junior League, Norma is an active member of the Houston community. In her spare time, she cares for her “4-legged daughter,” a pomeranian, and visits Carmel, California, as often as possible. “Every time I’m there, the beauty takes my breath away,” she says.
