John Daugherty, Realtors is proud to announce three of Houston Business Journal's prestigious Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agents - Laura Sweeney, Rosie Meyers, and Barbara Josephson. These winners received honors Friday, March 13th at HBJ's breakfast ceremony held at the River Oaks Country Club.

Laura Sweeney is very proud of this honor and has enjoyed being recognized as a Top 25 Residential Real Estate Agent by HBJ for the past five years. Every year Laura consistently sells some of the most expensive and beautiful homes in the Houston area and attributes her success to hard work, dedication, negotiation skills, and keeping current with the market. Laura is also well aware that a large part of her success is directly attributed to her talented assistants and to the sense of family and teamwork at John Daugherty, Realtors.

Rosie Meyers, responsible for selling the most expensive single-family home in Houston in 2008 and a top-producing broker associate with John Daugherty, Realtors also consistently sets the pace in Houston's premier high-rise market. Rosie's winning approach is a collaboration of aggressive marketing, advertising, honesty and humor. Knowing that hard work, cultivating referrals and keeping up with market conditions contributes to her success year after year, Rosie said, "I am so proud and honored to be recognized this year by HBJ."

This is HBJ's 7th year to honor Barbara Josephson. "It is thrilling to be selected from among thousands of strong Houston real estate agents, but I never think about working toward winning an award, I only think about giving the absolute best service to the buyer or seller I am representing," stated Josephson.  Always excited to receive this honor from the Houston Business Journal, Barbara remembers that a large part of her success is because of her hard-working assistant and the support of her husband.
