- In 2007, the John Daugherty, Realtor Post Oak Office average sales price was $790,879. The West Houston Office average sales price was $322,651.
- In 2007, we closed 1,359 transactions, 371 of which were under $250,000. This represents 27 percent of our transactions. Our sales management team focuses on transactions successfully closing, rather than on the sales price. In other words, we are interested in our agents’ success, whether they are selling a $250,000 property or a $1,000,000 property.
