General Sales Manager

Stephen started in the real estate business in Houston in 1984 as a sales associate in a small private firm specializing in the sale of foreclosed properties.

After three years, he decided to open his own office and purchased an ERA franchise, listing and selling traditional residential real estate.

In 1992, he became a Vice President Branch Manager for a national company inside the Loop. Most recently, he was Vice President Branch Manager for a very large national company, building an office of 54 agents.

Steve has served on the MLS committee and on the Board of Directors of the Houston Association of Realtors, and has visited in Washington, D. C. with Representatives in both houses of Congress. In 2006, he was awarded The Medallion of Service Omega Tau Rho by the National Association of Realtors in recognition of outstanding service to the Realtor organization, including its affiliated institutes, societies and councils. The Medallion is awarded to Realtors who meet specific leadership criteria on local, state and national levels. Once a medallion is awarded, the recipient is a member of the prestigious Omega Tau fraternity for life. He is very proud and honored for having received this award; however, he says his true reward comes in the satisfaction of knowing that he has served his fellow Realtors and their interests in the real estate market today.
