Susan Arnoldy-Paisley, a fifth-generation Texan, found her niche in life when she joined John Daugherty, Realtors in 2002. She developed a penchant for hard work during a 12 year career as an entrepreneur and founder of Priority Fitness and it serves her well in the field of real estate. "I am willing to put in 150 percent to make sure my clients' needs are met," she says, "My goal is to negotiate the best deals possible for my clients."
A Houstonian since 1978, and longtime resident of the River Oaks area, Susan is well versed in new construction homes Inside the Loop, as well as homes in the Memorial, West University, Southhampton, The Heights, Woodland Heights, Garden Oaks, and The Woodlands area. She has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Million Dollar Guild designations and was named Top Producer in 2007. "I treat every client like a million-dollar client and never take myself too seriously," she says. "I respect other people's opinions, and I love to help others."
Susan's varied personal interests keep her busy outside of work. A onetime studio art major at the University of Texas, specializing in photography and ceramics, she has chaired the River Oaks Tennis Tournament Program Art Sale and is a lifetime member of the American Heart Association. A former tri-athlete, she enjoys hiking, biking and "anything outdoors."
Recently remarried to husband Doug, Susan has five grown children: three sons, a stepson and a stepdaughter.
